The program needs to be able to write to the file. When it is saved on a CD or DVD, the file becomes read-only.

To open a project saved to a CD or DVD:

  1. Copy the file from the CD or DVD to a location on your hard drive, such as your Desktop or My Documents folder.
  2. Launch the program.
  3. On the Choose A Project screen, click the Open button.
  4. On the Open window, browse to the location of the saved project file.
  5. Click once on the file to select it and click the Open button to open the project
