There are two options typically used to insert photos into a project. You can either add a new photo or insert a photo into one of the photo placeholders.


To add a new photo:

  1. Launch the program.
  2. Open a project.
  3. In the project workspace, click the Insert menu.
  4. Select the Graphic - From File option.
  5. Use the Browse From section to browse to the location of the photo you wish to insert.
  6. Select the photo from the right-hand side of the window and click the OK button.

To insert a photo into a photo placeholder:

  1. Launch the program.
  2. Open a project that has a photo placeholder on it, such as a Photo Card project.
  3. In the project workspace, double-click the words “Double-click here to replace with your own photo”. This will open the Replace Graphic window.
  4. Use the Browse From section to browse to the location of the photo you wish to insert.
  5. Select the photo from the right-hand side of the window and click the OK button.
