When I install or try to run the Splash Photo supplied with Photo Explosion Deluxe 1, I receive an error message stating that it is missing the CEUTIL.DLL file. How to I correct this error message? (KB035002)

Splash Photo is used to transfer pictures from a PDA hand held device, or properly equipped camera phone. If you do not have either, you will not need to install the Splash Photo software.

Splash Photo uses the ActiveSync software for assistance with transferring images from these devices. ActiveSync can typically be installed from the software disk that came with the device. If you are still receiving this error message after installing the software that came with the device, please go to the following location and follow the direction on how to download and install the ActiveSync software:
