The Get Photo command uses TWAIN, which is not supported by some cameras. If you don’t see your camera listed, chances are your camera or flash memory card will appear in the Window’s Explorer as a drive. In that case, simply use Photo Explosion’s browse to browse to the folder with your photos and access them there. Or copy the photos to your My Pictures directory.
Photo Explosion 4 does not see my digital camera in the “Get Photo” menu even though it is connected correctly. How can I import my digital photo’s into the Browser gallery? (KB035012)
