When I open the Address Book within Greeting Card Factory 3, I am missing the Tool Bar. How can I correct that? (KB026007)

This is a known issue with the program. There is an update that has been released to correct this issue. You can download the latest updates directly from the Greeting Card Factory program. To do so:

Launch Greeting Card Factory 3.0
Open any project.
Go to the Help menu.
Select the Get Updates from Web option.

This will download all current updates directly from Nova Development.
