This issue has been known to occur if the software is being run in Compatibility Mode. You can correct this by performing the following steps:

  1. Close Greeting Card Factory 3.0, if it is still open.
  2. Click on your Start button.
  3. Click on the My Computer icon. This will open the My Computer window.
  4. Double-click on your C: drive.
  5. Double-click on the folder labeled Program Files.
  6. Double-click on the folder labeled Nova Development.
  7. Double-click on the folder labeled Greeting Card Factory Deluxe.3.0
  8. Right-click on the GRTCARD.EXE file.
  9. Select the Properties from the pop-up menu.
  10. Click on the Compatibility tab.
  11. Uncheck anything that may be checked here.
  12. Click on the OK button.
  13. Launch Greeting Card Factory 3.0.
