To install Greeting Card Factory 5.0:

  1. Insert disc 1 in the drive.
  2. After waiting a few moments, you should receive the main install screen. Click the Install option.
  3. On the installation Welcome screen, click the Next button.
  4. Select the “I agree” option and click the Next button.
  5. Fill out the remaining steps based on your settings. It is suggested that you leave the default settings for the program.
  6. At the end, click on the Install button to accept the choices.
  7. Insert each disc that is prompted for during the installation process. It is suggested that you wait for about 5-10 seconds after you insert the disc before clicking the OK button to continue.
  8. At the end of the installation, click the Finished button.

If the install screen did not appear after inserting the disc:

  1. Double-click the My Computer option found on either your Desktop, or on the Start menu.
  2. Right-click the drive that has disc 1 in it.
  3. Select the Open option from the pop-up menu.
  4. Double-click the folder labeled “GCF”.
  5. Double-click the file labeled “Setup”.
  6. On the installation Welcome screen, click the Next button.
  7. Select the “I agree” option and click the Next button.
  8. Fill out the remaining steps based on your settings. It is suggested that you leave the default settings for the program.
  9. At the end, click on the Install button to accept the choices.
  10. Insert each disc that is prompted for during the installation process. It is suggested that you wait for about 5-10 seconds after you insert the disc before clicking the OK button to continue.

Note: Not all discs are used during the installation. The remaining CD(s) have bonus graphics and fonts on them.
