When I try to print out my business cards in Business Card Factory 1, I get an error saying " Invalid page fault at module ltkrn11n.dll". What can I do? (KB024000)

This error usually happens because you have another ltkrn11n.dll somewhere on your computer that is out of date. The program is finding the old driver first and trying to use that one instead of the one installed with the program.

If you go to START/FIND and do a find for the above driver, you will probably find two or more of that driver on your computer. You must remove any other versions of that driver for the program to work.

Note: This may affect the use of any programs that require that driver although it is rare that happens.
