When I insert the silver installer disk that came with the Art Explosion 200,000 into my CD-ROM drive, I get an error message saying "the device is not ready". What is happening? (KB021004)

The two-sided silver disc is your free DVD-ROM mentioned on the front of the box and can only be used with a DVD drive. The installer you are looking for is on disc 1. Refer to the installation instructions on page 2 of the user manual.
