This can sometimes happen when scanning images of enormous file size. The default scan settings on most scanners is extremely high (600dpi or greater). Rescanning the images at a smaller size (300 dpi or lower) will usually correct this issue.
When I scan multiple images into the program and try to print, nothing happens (or the printer continuously spools). Why can’t I print the document? (KB038037)
