To resolve this problem, please use the following steps:

  1. Choose the Preferences option from the HGTV Home Design for Mac menu (Cmd-,).
  2. Click the 3D Settings tab.
  3. In the Shadow Technique area, select Stencil Shadows.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Then, re-export the file.
