This error appears when trying to restore the backup while the company file is still open. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to close the main program screen while you are in the Backup & Restore Wizard screen. Once the main program screen is closed, you can start the Restore procedure.
When trying to restore a backup I receive an "Error Code: -2". How do I correct this? (KB029035)
