When you zoom in on a banner project, you may find that you are unable to scroll from side to side or up and down. Our developers are currently investigating a possible solution for this issue. In the meantime, you can use the following workaround to make the scroll bars appear:

  1. Open the banner project you wish to work on.
  2. Go to File - New
  3. Select Choose a Project
  4. Select a Greeting Card project and open it.
  5. Go to File - Close to close the newly opened Greeting Card project.

At this point, you will see the scroll bars on the right side and bottom of the banner project.
