We have discovered an issue where people using a non-US keyboard are unable to type in the flash cards when launched through the Berlitz software. If you are experiencing this problem, you can work around this by launching the flash card portion outside of the main program. You can launch them separately by going to Start - Programs - Berlitz - Berlitz Before You Know It Flash Cards.
