We have found that this issue is related to a problem with the Microsoft MDAC or Jet software. Most commonly, this happens on Windows XP systems with Service Pack 2. To correct this issue, please exit the program and perform the following steps:
- Follow the link below and download the CS Repair tool:
CSRepair.exe
- Once the file has been downloaded, launch the program by
double-clicking on it. You may receive a warning message similar to the
following:
- Click on the Run button.
- Verify the window is showing the same information as the following in the blue box:
- Make sure the following files are listed with the matching version
numbers in the window that shows “Available MDAC System files”:

- If the versions match correctly and all the files are there, click on the Re-register MDAC button at the bottom left of the screen.
- Now, click on the JET tab located at the top of the screen. You should see a screen similar to the following:
- Verify that this window is showing the same information as the following in the blue box:
- Make sure the following files are listed with the matching version numbers in the blue box:

- If the versions match correctly and all the files are there, click on the Re-register MS Jet 4.0 button at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click on the Exit button to close the CS Repair window. You should now be able to access the Sentiments.
