It has been our experience that most disc read errors can be solved by cleaning the CD with a soft cloth or oil-free facial tissue moistened with rubbing alcohol. This is true even for "fresh-out-of-the-box" discs which sometimes have a layer of fine dust from the packaging.
If you still have the problem after cleaning as directed, the disc will need to be replaced. Please contact Technical Support.
