Yes. You can copy the images from the discs to the computer. However, you will not be able to point the Image Browser to the location stored on your computer. The Image Browser is programmed to look for the images on the discs. There is not a way to switch this.
As an alternative, you can create .ISO images of the discs and store those on your computer. Then, you can use a virtual drive utility to mount those discs when needed. This will eliminate the need to physically insert a disc every time the Image Browser needs to access a disc.
We cannot provide any recommendations for software to create .ISO images or mount virtual drives.
