To save as a PDF:

  1. On the main screen, click the folder on the left-hand side of the screen that the document is located in.
  2. Click on the document you wish to export from the right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Go to the File menu.
  4. Select the Send Item(s) to – Create PDF option.
  5. On the Create PDF window, use the Browse button to browse to and provide a name for the new PDF file.
  6. Once the file name and location is showing up correctly, click the Create button.
  7. Once it is created, either click the Open PDF button to view the PDF, or click the Close button to go back to Invoices & Estimates.

Note: You must have a PDF reader, such as Acrobat Reader, installed on your computer to view the PDF file.
