To save as a PDF:
- On the main screen, click the folder on the left-hand side of the screen that the document is located in.
- Click on the document you wish to export from the right-hand side of the screen.
- Go to the File menu.
- Select the Send Item(s) to – Create PDF option.
- On the Create PDF window, use the Browse button to browse to and provide a name for the new PDF file.
- Once the file name and location is showing up correctly, click the Create button.
- Once it is created, either click the Open PDF button to view the PDF, or click the Close button to go back to Invoices & Estimates.
Note: You must have a PDF reader, such as Acrobat Reader, installed on your computer to view the PDF file.
