There are a couple of common issues that we have seen concerning the serial number. The first is that the letter "O" is entered instead of the number "0". There is no letter "O" in any of the serial numbers.
The second common issue is when the serial number is entered for the Quicktime installation. We do not provide a code for that. If you are on the Quicktime installation, simply leave the code number field blank.
