The Print Artist title has been licensed by several companies over the years. Our company is the most recent to purchase the license. We started producing the software with version 21.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for versions prior to version 21. Support for any of those versions are the responsibility of the version's software manufacturer. As of this time, we are unaware of any of the prior companies continuing to provide support for their discontinued version(s) of the Print Artist software.

When posting your question, please be sure to include the version number you are working, as the software has changed over the years. Directions may vary depending on the version you are using.
