When trying to launch Greeting Card Factory 7.0, the program crashes. The details to the error message shows a ModName of "NTDLL.DLL". How do I correct this? (KB026017)

This problem appears when there is an issue with the installation of the .NET Framework software on the computer. To correct this issue, simply follow the directions to download and install the .NET Framework 3.0 package found here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3005

Once this is installed, the program should launch with no problems.
