Based on our investigation this issue is caused by an update on the Adobe Flash Player downloaded on your computer. We regret to inform you that the latest update is not compatible with the program. As a workaround we suggest that you follow the instructions below to uninstall the update so that you can use the program temporarily.

 

Windows 8/10 users:

  1. Press Win+I to open the Settings app.
  2. Choose Update and Security.
  3. Click the Update History link.
  4. Click the Uninstall Updates link.
  5. Select “Security Update for Adobe Flash Player” 
  6. Click the Uninstall button that appears on the toolbar. 



       Windows 7 users:

  1. Click Start then click Control Panel.
  2. Click System and Security.
  3. Click Windows Update.
  4. Click View update history.
  5. Select “Security Update for Adobe Flash Player” installed around September to October 2019.
  6. Click the Uninstall button that appears on the toolbar. 

*Please note that in case the computer downloads the update again, the program will have the same issue.
