This is a rare issue that typically occurs only in our older software titles being installed on a newer system that is running either Windows XP or 2000. Those titles were created in a time when most applications were 16-bit applications. In the last few years, almost all applications created are 32-bit applications. Some computer manufacturers are no longer setting the defaults on the operating systems to run 16-bit applications, as they are not as common.

To correct this issue, please try the following:

  1. Insert the disc in the drive.
  2. If any windows appear, close them out.
  3. Double-click the My Computer icon, or go to Start and then My Computer.
  4. Right-click on the drive the shows the Label Factory disc.
  5. Select the Open option from the pop-up menu.
  6. Double-click on the English folder.
  7. Double-click the Setup.exe file.

Note:There are 3 setup files in this folder. You will want to use the Application file.
