Why do my 12x12 documents print out at 8 1/2 by 11? (KB038016)

This happens because the default paper size is set to Letter (8 1/2x11) in your printer’s dialog box. Change the Paper Size to Custom and create a 12x12 custom sized document. The document should now print correctly.
